Song to commemorate Friendship.

Dear all my special buddies,

First of all, i would love to introduce a song, a very special song (check out the lyric) whereby it is delivered in a very simple manner and yet, with a great impact emphasizing on " Friendship " .

Some details / background for this song :

# The cover version of this album was recorded as a benefit for American Foundation for AIDS Research, and raised millions.

# The Dionne and Friends version was #1 on the Top 40 charts for four weeks in 1985.

# It won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal, as well as Song of the Year writers Bacharach and Bayer Sager.

# It was ranked by Billboard magazine as the most popular song of 1986 .

Let us reflect on our current view and status of friendship :

How far do you believe in friendship ? Do you miss them, the special ones ? Have you taken Friendship for granted ? How far have meant to you ?

Believe me, it is never too late now, to express your concern and caring for your friends, while they are still around , do something about it, strengthen your bond and warm their cold and lonely heart , nurture them with water (sincerity) and sun light (love) - this can change a barren desert , into a new piece of refreshing and ever growing land for US to plant the seeds of FRIENDSHIP.

That's What Friends Are For

Beautiful, isn't it ?

Song Lyric -
That's What Friends Are For

And I, never thought I'd feel this way

And as far as I'm concerned
I'm glad I got the chance to say
That I do believe I love you

And if, I should ever go away
Well then close your eyes and try
To feel the way we do today
And then if you can remember

Keep smiling, keep shining
Knowing you can always count on me, for sure
That's what friends are for
For/In good times and/in bad times
I'll be on your side forever more
That's what friends are for

Well you came and opened me
And now there's so much more I see
And so by the way I thank you

And then, for the times when we're apart
Well then close your eyes and know
These words are coming from my hearts
And then if you can remember

Keep smiling, keep shining
Knowing you can always count on me, for sure
That's what friends are for
For/In good times and/in bad times
I'll be on your side forever more
That's what friends are for

(Repeat)
